Champlain Heights Overview

Tucked away in the extreme south eastern corner of Vancouver, Champlain Heights has a wide variety of townhouse complexes and co-op housing units. Located at 54th Avenue to the north, East Kent Avenue and the north arm of the Fraser to the south, Kerr Street to the west and Boundary Road to the east, Champlain Heights features many winding tree-lined streets & cozy cul-de-sacs. Home to the green sanctuary of Everett Crowley Park, the 5th largest park in Vancouver, it sports dogs trails with a lush woodsy feel. Long-time Vancouverites, new Chinese Canadians, as well as Filipino, Latino and Indo-Canadians are part of Champlain Heights’ rich urban demographic.
