Delightful and desirable, Dunbar on Vancouver’s tony west side is bordered by West 16th Avenue to the north, West 41st Avenue to the south, Pacific Spirit Park to the west and to the east by the zigzag routing of Quesnel Drive & Blenheim Street. Just minutes from the University of British Columbia, Dunbar has easy access to downtown through public transit and is but minutes from Vancouver International Airport.
With its tree-lined streets and attractive single family homes, Dunbar is truly one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in all the city. English is by far the dominant household language for residents in Dunbar, plus the area is also home to a large number of Chinese speakers.
