Knight Overview

A mix of cultures and demographics, Knight lies on the eastern side of Vancouver. Home to young professionals with kids, younger working class new Canadians and older residents who have lived in the area for years, Knight’s boundaries are East 22nd Avenue to the north, 49th Avenue to the south, Windsor Street to the west and Argyle Street to the east. Kensington-Cedar Cottage located in the Knight neighbourhood is an historic part of East Van, and home to ‘Little Saigon’ with numerous shops, restaurants and nail salons. Kensington Park at Knight & 37th features a popular community centre, sports fields, skateboard park and one of the most spectacular views from anywhere in the city facing downtown and the North Shore.
