Point Grey Overview

Considered one of the most beautiful and desirable neighbourhoods in Canada, Point Grey on Vancouver’s west side is located with Alma Street to the east, Blanca at UBC to the west, 16th Avenue to the south and NW Marine Drive to the north. The majority of homes in Point Grey are single family with prices in the upper range. Buyers will find designer contemporary homes, stately traditional mansions to luxury condominium developments.
