This unique neighbourhood home to the University of British Columbia (UBC) is situated at the western most point of Vancouver. Officially known as the University Endowment Lands (UEL) it has three distinct parts: UBC, University Hill, and Pacific Spirit Regional Park. The UEL consists of approximately 1,200 hectares, more than half of which is contained within Pacific Spirit Regional Park. With approximately 4,000 residents, the University neighbourhood is home to 445 luxury single-family homes, with an enticing mix of multi-family strata buildings, rental buildings and a small area of commercial properties at the village. The University neighbourhood has outstanding recreation facilities including a gym, pool, ice arena and library. Other unique UBC attractions include the Museum of Anthropology, Botantical Gardens and beautiful beaches. Pacific Spirit Park, a large forested area twice the size of Stanley Park, offers an extensive system of trails for nature hikes, dog walking, biking and horseback riding.
The exclusive green surroundings of the UBC are but a 30 minute drive to downtown Vancouver, with excellent transit and quick access to Vancouver airport, as you would expect from a world class university.

The MLS® Home Price Index is modelled on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) which measures the rate of price change for a basket of goods and services including food, clothing, shelter, and transportation. Instead of measuring goods and services, the HPI measures the change in the price of housing features. Thus, the HPI measures typical, pure price change (inflation or deflation).

Prices paid for homes with these attributes determine benchmark home prices.
