In fact, the heart of the Infinite business model has already been proven for clients and agents year after year by our strategic affiliate, Faith Wilson Group. The administrative practices and marketing tools that are available to all Infinite agents have been developed, tested and proven during the 19 year evolution of Faith’s storied career.


The Early Days

In 1994, Faith started her career as a real estate agent and partnered with another agent for the first 18 months. It became obvious to Faith that she and her partner saw the potential of the business differently and Faith made the decision to push forward as an individual agent. This change quickly began to pay off for Faith, as she gained momentum in the market and established her reputation. Faith was subsequently recruited to Re/Max Real Estate Services, which was Re/Max’s top performing office at the time. As Faith’s client base grew, so did her passion for providing a truly exceptional experience to each and every client. Faith added new team members to support her high standards and to meet the increasing demand for her services.
In her early days with Re/Max, Faith made a life-altering decision that required significant courage and the belief that you have to spend money to make money. She committed to investing in the development of her own unique brand and a corresponding marketing strategy. “Faith moves houses®” was born. Through a partnership with a local advertising agency, she implemented a fully integrated marketing plan that included print media and newspaper ads, direct mail campaigns, outdoor advertising on transit shelters, fully-branded vehicles, sponsorship of cultural and artistic events, and the development of a leading-edge real estate website.


From an Agent to a Team

While there was little doubt about Faith’s determination, prowess and love for her clients, no-one could have predicted the success that she would earn while at Re/Max Real Estate Services. Faith became the number 1 agent at the brokerage—the first woman to ever accomplish this feat, and she did this 3 years in a row. Her commitment to marketing began to reap significant benefits, and the recognition continued to improve throughout Vancouver. The tipping point was when a four-year old boy approached Faith during a listing presentation and asked, “Are you really Faith, of Faith moves houses?”.
As Faith’s individual client base continued to grow, there was an insight that a team may be the best way to enhance her services and maintain a well-established level of quality. Early personnel innovations, such as the addition of a dedicated Listing Manager, a Showing Specialist and Buyer’s Specialist set her apart from the typical “agent plus an assistant” business model. Her team of real estate professionals, aptly named Faith Wilson Group, became the preeminent real estate team on the Westside and gained a stellar reputation for superior client service and proven results.

The client base continued to expand, and the team grew with it, all while acknowledging the need to continue improving the marketing. Faith’s belief in continuous advancement led to early adoption of a social media strategy to engage with a larger audience, as well as the development of a truly enhanced listing presentation that focused on buyer engagement—this unique presentation featured beautiful photography, high-definition video tours, Google Maps & Streetview, WalkScore® and exclusive neighbourhood content.


Proven Performance

FWG_logoIn 2011, Faith Wilson Group officially became an independent, full-service boutique agency. With more than a dozen team members ranging from the Managing Broker to the Client Care team, to the team of Buyer’s Specialists and Showing Specialists, Faith’s vision of client-first service came to fruition. Marketing improvements continued to flow out of the agency in the form a mobile-optimized website and a corresponding QR Code strategy, plus the implementation of Chinese translation on the website and for all of the team’s listings. With the team’s operations firmly rooted, Faith and her team established their 360° Performance Promise that outlined what clients can expect when working with Faith Wilson Group. No other brokerage has published a performance promise to their clients.
For the 2012 calendar year, Faith achieved a new milestone as she was named the Top Agent on Vancouver’s Westside, as certified by IMS Incorporated. Further to this sales success, Faith was honoured to be named a 2013 Five Star Real Estate Agent. This award comes directly from an independent and unbiased survey of more than 45,000 homeowners in Greater Vancouver. Based on a survey featuring 10 distinct criteria that focus on quality of service and overall performance, there was a clear connection between the team’s performance promise and the feedback from their clients.
